Nick Yeager
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. In my work, I aim to support individuals and families, alike.
My approach is rooted in talk therapy, which allows me to work closely and collaboratively with clients, helping them establish specific, realistic, and achievable therapeutic goals for themselves. Ultimately, my goal as a counselor is to help individuals live healthy, happy, independent lives with confidence.
I believe that all people have something of real value to offer the world; however, I understand that some people may struggle to see that in themselves. The aim of my practice is to help people take control of their lives and live happily and freely.

Jason Maravelias
Today as Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I am delighted working with
children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
Further, I have a passion for working with people who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I aim to help my clients explore their own healing by offering a safe space, psychoeducational coping skills, and an empathetic ear to hear their stories.
I bring an eclectic approach to therapy by utilizing modalities such as Somatics, DBT/CBT/ACT, Adlerian, and Gestalt. I believe in guiding individuals and couples in finding their own bliss during the therapy process.
Laurie Waldenstrom
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults on their journey toward wellness, focused on creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel understood and supported as they work through life’s challenges.
Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, my work integrates a variety of evidence-based and body-centered approaches including Brainspotting, Mindfulness, Somatic practices, Self-Compassion, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also provide parent coaching to support healthy attachment with their children. By tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs, my goal is to support clients in calming and regulating their nervous systems to build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Carmen Crawford
Hello, I’m Carmen. I am a bilingual Licensed Social Worker who brings warmth, honesty, practicality, and humor into my work. I genuinely care about helping people feel heard, understood, and accepted. I believe therapy should provide a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out.
I enjoy helping individuals better understand the experiences and patterns influencing their emotions, relationships, choices, and sense of identity. My work includes supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, anger, relationship and family challenges, parenting stress, low self-esteem, cultural expectations, and major life changes.
My approach incorporates Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT-informed skills, and Motivational Interviewing. Because no two people have the same story, I adapt therapy to each person’s experiences, personality, needs, and goals. I am committed to providing culturally responsive and LGBTQIA+ affirming care where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed and respected.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, trying new restaurants, and watching funny or scary movies.
